Privacy Policy
Effective 1 August 2026
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices, in line with applicable Indian data protection law — for anything not covered here, please contact us directly.
Scope of This Policy
This policy covers information collected through this website only. It does not cover medical records, billing records, or other information collected in person at the hospital, which are governed by our clinical and administrative record-keeping practices and applicable healthcare regulations.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and this website does not collect payment or health-record information directly — appointments, billing, and medical records are all handled in person at the hospital.
- Your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address
- Any message, concern, or grievance details you choose to share
- For appointment and department enquiries, your preferred department
- Technical information such as browser type and device, collected automatically when you visit
- Standard, non-identifying analytics data (pages visited, general location) if analytics is enabled
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you fill in a form on this site. We also collect limited technical information automatically through your browser, and, if enabled, through analytics cookies, as described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you submit only to respond to your enquiry, book or confirm an appointment, route feedback or a grievance to the right team, and improve our services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Third-Party Form Processing
This website has no backend server of its own — every form submits directly to Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which forwards it to our team by email. Your submission is subject to Formspree's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.
Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfer
Because our form processor and any analytics service we use are third-party platforms, information you submit may be processed or stored on servers outside India. We choose providers that maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards, and your information remains subject to this policy regardless of where it is processed.
Data Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We rely on our form processor's security measures for data in transit and at rest, and limit access to submitted information to the hospital staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Form submissions are retained by our team only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or resolve your grievance, and in line with applicable medical record-keeping requirements for anything tied to your care. We periodically review and remove enquiry data that is no longer needed.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the relevant hospital department or staff needed to act on your enquiry, feedback, or grievance. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority.
Your Rights
Under India's data protection law, you have the right to know what information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to erase information you've submitted, and withdraw consent for us to hold it — subject to any information we're required to retain by law. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the details below.
Grievance Redressal / Data Protection Queries
If you have a concern about how information you submitted through this website has been handled, write to Hospital Administration using the contact details below. We will acknowledge your concern and respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
Where a submission concerns a child (for example, a pediatric appointment), we expect it to be made by a parent or guardian on the child's behalf.
Marketing Communications
We do not send marketing messages based on information submitted through this website. Any follow-up you receive relates directly to your enquiry, appointment, feedback, or grievance.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
